Vibrant Memorial Series Guidelines
It is your responsibility to contact your cemetery in regards to permits, setting fees and requirements. We will not be held responsible for memorials that are not accepted once they are produced.
There is a Limit of 35 characters for the sentiment/memory phrase.
Pictures must be 300dpi resolution.
Once your order has been submitted, the designer assigned to you will contact you directly. Please upload/send a clear picture. A pixilated or distorted picture will produce the same image on the tile. If you cannot upload your photo, you may mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please reference your order number/deceased name in the subject line. Failure to do so may delay processing.
How It Works
We recommend that the first step is for you to verify memorial specifications as far as what is allowed within your cemetery. Next, create your memorial design.
We review your request. Then we contact you to confirm design, image and sizing details and pricing. We can contact your cemetery on our behalf if needed.
Once your design is approved and paid for, your memorial marker is produced, packaged and delivered to the location you specified.
You must pay for installation services at the location your marker is to be delivered to. Once we get final confirmation, your marker is submitted for production and shipped in 8-12 weeks!

What are your monuments made of?
Our industrial-grade porcelain tiles are recessed into a granite base and offer maximum durability and are guaranteed not to fade over time. If you would like a peek into the process *click here*.
How long does it take to ship?
Once approved, markers are generally manufactured and delivered within 8-12 weeks. However, customized items may take up to 6 months for manufacturing and delivery.
Can I get a different granite color than what is offered on the website?
Yes. The granite colors that are shown online is what is most requested and therefore kept in stock. Additional colors are available, but may take longer for manufacturing and delivery.
Will I get to see it before the order is processed?
Once you submit your order, one of our talented designers will provide you with a computer-generated proof and email it to you. You must verify that everything looks correct before your order is produced. If you need to make minor changes, simply reply to the email. We will make the revisions and send you another proof.
What if the marker is lost/damaged during shipping?
In the rare event that your marker is lost or damaged during transit, we will replace it at no charge, but you must contact us IMMEDIATELY so that we can initiate a claim with the shipper.
Where do you ship to?
We only ship to the continental U.S. We generally ship your marker directly to your cemetery. We do not offer expedited shipping.
Can I order a different size or design other than what is listed on your website?
Sure, send us an email or give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you offer “Companion” memorials?
Yes, the 24x24x4 marker Vibrant Memorial marker can accommodate 2 loved ones in a double-interment or “double-depth” plot. Just add the additional name and info in the “Notes” box.
We also offer side-by-side companion memorials however, the dates will be carved into the granite as you cannot edit the tiles in the future. Once the tiles are produced, you cannot make any changes like adding a final date later.
Companion carved granite memorials are also available and a final date will have to be carved in by your local dealer.
How is my marker installed (or set) at the cemetery?
You MUST contact the cemetery where the marker is to be installed. They will confirm if the marker you chose meets their requirements, and inform you of their installation fee. We can assist you if needed.
